The Symposium will be held in Cologne, where the cathedral spires tower over Germany's oldest city and its
innumerable cultural and historical treasures, world-famous museums and active art scene.
The Congress Centre of the Cologne exhibition centre has easy access to the central train station and to the
Cologne and Düsseldorf airports. It is also close to the centre of the city, making it the ideal location for
this International Ice Cream Symposium.
Cologne is famous for its picturesque Christmas markets. In the evenings, you will be able to choose between
six markets, each having its own special character and unique assortment of goods. In December, you can expect
cold weather (0-10°C / 32-50°F).
